Primary responsibility of the Marketplace Support Professional is to aid customers in the timely resolution of customer service, billing, subscription inquiries and light technical marketplace support. They will communicate with customers by phone, email and chat. Marketplace Support Professionals contribute to overall customer satisfaction by relationship-based rapport building by providing visibility of upcoming value-add in the Apps Marketplace.

Responsibilities:

•Provide telephone, email and chat support on a wide range of customer support queries
•Ability to understand and analyse information.
•Remain up to speed with new and emerging offers in the Marketplace.
•Responsible for delivering timely, accurate technical answers and providing a high degree of customer service satisfaction.
•Achieve and maintain service level statistics as defined.
•Effective use of the systems and tools available to the support centre.
•Track & document customer & problem information in the tracking database
•Contribute to overall team performance, including support and assistance of other team members.

Requirements:

•Leaving certificate or equivalent.
•Good Technical and troubleshooting skills
•Strong people skills and the ability to transfer these to the support you will offer.
•Passion for the customer and customer experience.
•Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, listening, probing & reading
•Excellent listening skills
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office package
•Excellent Customer service skills, a minimum of 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
•Must have strong initiative, be positive and a quick learner.
•Ability to work independently and in a team environment when necessary.
•Ability to explain concepts and present information clearly; identify the level of billing knowledge of the customer and adjust communication to solve the customer needs.
•Ability & willingness to provide pre-sales, sales, or post-sales support
•Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
•Ability to interpret pictures and diagrams.
•Ability to manage time wisely to meet targets
•Fluency in English essential
•Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm as verified by a formal test
