Job description

Maintaining close contact with potential and existing clients
Acquisition of new business via cold sales and networking is an essential part of the job
Interviewing candidates
Writing profiles on candidates to be submitted to clients
Arranging interviews between the clients and candidates, following up the interviews and negotiating salary and benefits packages on behalf of the candidate
Keeping administrative records for both clients and candidates
Build network of candidates and clients

Job requirements

Experience of working in recruitment with a strong prefference for technical/engineering roles
Proven work experience in sales/client acquisition
Professional fleuncy in English. Dutch would be an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and yet for part of a close team
Target driven and the desire to provide your clients with the best possible service
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Ideally a university degree.
