Job description
Within the customer service department you will act as key figure between the?client and the customer. Solving complex issues and dealing with complaints via telephone, mail, webcare and chat are?part of your?day to day tasks.

Binnen de customer service afdeling ben je de spil tussen de?klant en opdrachtgever in het oplossen van complexe vraagstukken. Je handelt klachten af die binnenkomen via de telefoon, mail, webcare en chat.

Requirements
- fluent in Dutch and French

- integrity, reliabilty and striving for client satisfaction are key

- experience in?customer focused?roles (written as well as telephonic)

- proactive attitude and a high level of productivity

- experience in the use of social media

-?skilled in using?Microsoft Office

?

- vloeiend Nederlands en Frans in woord en geschrift

- je bent integer, betrouwbaar en streeft naar klanttevredenheid

- ervaren in telefonisch en schriftelijk klantcontact

- je bent productief en hebt een proactieve houding

- ervaring in social media gebruik

- vaardig in Microsoft Office

Salary indication
€ 1778 + bonus system
