What is the job?
Careertrotter is currently looking for a Dutch Payroll Specialist and Personnel Administrator who wants to get a Dutch job abroad in Poznan, Poland. As a Dutch Payroll Specialist you will be in charge of the processing of personnel administration such as entering new payroll and personnel data into the system. In this Dutch job you will also be responsible for the salary calculation and for contacting employees with questions about payslips, contracts etc. Moreover, in this Dutch job abroad you will also maintain close contact with local employment offices and other governmental institutions.

Our client that provides this Dutch job abroad is an international giant and is currently setting up a Shared Service Centre in Poznan, Poland.

Who are we looking for?
For this Dutch job in Poland we need somebody who speaks near native Dutch and fluent English and is willing to work in Poznan, Poland. Our Dutch candidate will ideally have some payroll service and/or personnel administration experience and knowledge in Dutch payroll law. Moreover, we expect the candidate for this Dutch job abroad to be familiar with SAP and preferably have a Business Administration degree and/or some Human Resources background.

Interview process and salary
For this Dutch job abroad as a Payroll Specialist you will have to pass a phone interview and if this is successful you will be invited for a face to face interview, which costs will be paid by our client. Your salary for this Dutch job is between 6000-7000 PLZ gross per month that depends on your knowledge and experience in Payroll and personnel administration. Furthermore, your new employer will cover costs such as health insurance and pay for your flight to Poznan plus give you 1000PLZ for your start-up costs.
