Our client a leading multinational Auto Manufacturer with a vast client network around the world. Due to continued growth they are currently looking for an Order Fulfilment Coordinator to join their dynamic and growing customer services team.
You will be working in a multilingual team and dealing with a wide range of enquiries, pricing information and order processing. As a Customer Service Coordinator you would be required to offer high quality customer service at all times whilst consistently liaising with all internal depts. The Order Fulfilment/Customer services coordinator will be responsible for tracking/placing orders and with excellent knowledge of Excel updating these in relevant reports spread sheets and salesforce.
The Customer Service Administrator with additional languages will use Excel spread sheets on a regular basis so a high level of competency in this program is essential.

Profile
English both written and spoken
Additional Western European language is strongly preferred
Solid experience in handling inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to client/customer queries via telephone, fax, e-mail or internet
Proven experience working in a customer support, order processing, order fulfillment, customer services or client support environment
Outstanding Excel skills, working with stats and reports
Proven team player that has a keen willingness to learn new things
