On a regular base we are recruiting for appropriate candidates for several customers for the vacancy of Radio Design and Planning Engineer.

Radio Design and Planning Engineer to support the network service delivery objectives with regard to the roll-out services of our customer. Next to it, the Radio Design and Planning Engineer can guarantee optimal coverage and capacity planning according to our customers business objectives.
Tasks
- Macro RF planning for GSM/UMTS.
- Support the nominal planning, candidate selection and site surveys up to site acceptance.
- Create work orders in workflow management systems.
- Calculate and determine network impact for coverage and capacity expansions.
- Evaluate (drive) test data to identify performance areas.
- Recommend RF solutions and carrying out changes to improve site performance.
- Support corporate coverage requests.
- Support Site Share & Courtesy requests.
- Support RF system introduction process.
- Support governmental regulation requests.
