We are recruiting for the vacancy of Senior Network Engineer.

The (Sr.) Network Engineers, defines the architecture, create design and ultimo implements the fixed technologies, security and services as VoIP, FttH, our customers xDSL -based access solutions, IP-backhaul, MPLS and VPN architectures, DSLAM, DSLAM Provisioning interface, QoS for VoIP, Multicasting, Triple Play, Firewalls. Next to the Engineering tasks the network engineer also has operational tasks and responsibilities, however his main focus will be on Engineering.
Goals:
- Design and implement the network (incl. CPE) in accordance with the latest technologies and trends in line with the DTAG outlines.
- Operate and Maintain the Network of our customer: specifically for the Transport, IP systems environment of our customer in accordance with the defined Service Level Agreements, through incident, problem, configuration and change management processes.
- Second level support, 24/7 for our customers Transport Network (DSLAM, routers and all services (Internet, VoIP, etc).
- Technical operational interface for relevant third party equipment suppliers and DTAG
- Supporting our customers business objectives together with the optimization teams and insuring the adequate quality of the network.
- All field activities related to our customers transport, IP infrastructure and operational support and control towards relevant external parties.
- Reduce the cost of ownership of Online’s networks through best-in-class utilization of networks, cost-effective operation and maintenance practices, supported by high degree of automation and using the most efficient amount of people which have the right skills.
- Continuous improvement of Network/ Service Quality., KPIs, SLA’s and technology processes
